Many students give up their studies for their job as they cannot attend their college daily or regularly. Online education has emerged as a remarkable solution to this problem. You can now join any online course, get valid degree or certification while continuing your job. Students who want to pursue higher studies in Journalism can join online journalism schools and universities, and build a good career in journalism.

A small number of universities offer online journalism programs, in which University of Massachusetts and the University of Missouri are considered the best. Massachusetts University offers undergraduate degree whereas University of Missouri offers a graduate degree in journalism. The University of Massachusetts was ranked 99th among national universities, offering a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in journalism studies through its distance learning program. The University of Missouri offers distance learning graduate program in journalism to professionals with at least three years of journalistic experience. The university also offers a Masters of Arts (M.A.) in journalism as well. Other universities that offer online journalism program are University of Nebraska, and University of North Dakota. At Nebraska University, online M.A. program in journalism and mass communication available with specialization in integrated media communications, media studies and professional journalism. The University of North Dakota offers bachelor of Arts in communication that focuses on print journalism, media studies and public relations.

In case, you want to pursue higher studies in Zoology, you will find multiple options. Students pursuing a bachelor degree in zoology can expect required core courses in introductory biology, chemistry, physics, statistics and calculus.  You can also find out an array of courses that include animal behavior, cell biology, advanced human anatomy, physiology and neurobiology. Most of online bachelor’s degrees in zoology allow students to complete course work at their own pace within a particular period for each class and assignment, certain programs need students to gain some kind of experience before graduating.

In most cases, an entry-level position in zoology or wildlife biology can be obtained with at least a bachelor’s degree in the subject.
